About these terms

These terms cover the Haptic ASMR app and this website, provided by Neu Software LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms in your country, use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Using Haptic ASMR

You may use the app for your own personal enjoyment on compatible devices, subject to applicable app-store rules. Do not interfere with the app or website, misuse them for unlawful purposes, or redistribute our content without permission. The app, branding, sounds, and original artwork remain the property of Neu Software LLC or their respective owners. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

A moment of calm, not medical care

Haptic ASMR is a sensory entertainment and relaxation app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent a health condition. It is not a substitute for professional advice or care. Use sound and vibration at comfortable levels, stop if they cause discomfort, and do not use the app when you need to remain alert, such as while driving.

Devices and availability

Sound, vibration, and background playback depend on your device, operating system, permissions, and settings. A browser preview cannot reproduce the full native haptic experience. Features may change as the app is improved, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or support for every device.

App-store terms

Downloads and any purchases are also subject to the terms of the store you use. The store’s stated payment and refund rules apply, together with any mandatory consumer rights. For the iOS app, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies where a separate licence has not been provided.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local settings, website connections, and information you choose to share when contacting us.

Our responsibilities

We provide the app and website as available and take reasonable care in operating them. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or meet every personal expectation, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will publish the updated terms here with a revised date, and provide additional notice where required by law.
